This Christmas, we ended up with enough turkey leftovers to feed the whole neighbourhood! I really don’t want any of it to go to waste but what we have left goes beyond a few turkey sandwiches and some soup, so I went on a search for some interesting ways to use the rest. I have included some soup and sandwich recipes too that appealed to me.
